There are many ways to tell a story, especially of one's life. This is my story in one tattoo.
The swirls -- the ebb and flow of my life. Life that has never been constant, never still. It goes not in one straight line, but curves and slopes in avoidance (and sometimes in accordance) to challenges and difficulties.
The fish -- it represents my element, the water. Not stable. Easily disturbed.
And finally, the guitar -- the music of my life. "Our life is a broadway show". It fills my heart with hope until my heart could hold no longer. It keeps my heart beating, my self alive. Music keeps me warm.
"Pintados". The painted people. You are still beyond my grasp, but slowly, I take one step towards you.
